INFORMATION REGARDING PRE ORDERS
Dispatch times for pre-orders will vary depending on the product. The information on dispatch times will be detailed on the pre order button and again on your order confirmation. The estimated dispatch time stated is the most accurate timing we can provide, we are unable to provide additional information or exact dates.
Please place orders for pre-order items in a separate order to our in stock items or your entire order will be held whilst waiting for the pre-order items arrival. To avoid delays in shipping out in stock items from your order please order them separately.
In the case of any delays, we will keep you informed every step of the way via emails.

Please also bare in mind that the delivery options at the checkout explicitly state the the arrival time "(after dispatch)". If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, the dispatch timeframe for the item(s) will be stated several times before completing your purchase, this can also be found on your order confirmation email after completing the purchase.
