Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange* the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you receive it.

Any product you return must be unworn, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We cannot accept back any items of clothing which have been scented/perfumed so please be careful if you are wearing perfume when trying on. If these conditions aren't followed, we cannot re-sell the item(s) and your return will be refused.

To return an order, please fill out the form below, upon submitting the form you will be provided with the appropriate return instructions.

PLEASE NOTE:

Postage costs will not be refunded.
50p will be deducted for any loss or damage of the zip lock bag (inner packaging)

*If you would like to exchange you will have to return your current order for a refund and place a brand new order for what it is you would like to exchange it for.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE- please make sure you read the size guide before purchasing.

I agree to include my order number on or inside the parcel so that my return can be identified and refunded. I understand that failure to do so could result it my order not being identified and refunded.

I agree that my return is being sent back to Muslimah Kouture within 14 days of me having received the order. I understand that if it is outside of the 14 day period or if any of the other return policy terms and conditions mentioned above are not followed, my refund will be denied.

Clearance orders are non-returnable as per the returns policy displayed when placing your order. If you would like to return you would be eligible for store credit only. If returning due to a product fault then email us at muslimahkouture@gmail.com instead.
